Our Industrial Security team in Marlborough, MA, is presently seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join the team. This position will be responsible for the management of security operations for the Raytheon Missiles and Defense Marlborough, MA location with primary responsibilities as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) under the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Reporting to the Raytheon Associate Director of the Eastern Region , you will also have security oversight responsibility for an offsite location in Sudbury, MA.

What You Will Do

• Manage a team of security professionals to ensure compliance under the NISP.
• Administer the company programs for handling and safeguarding classified and proprietary information.
• Coordinate and collaborate with government and industry oversight agencies to facilitate inspections/audits of security programs and systems.'
• Write policy and procedures to enforce compliance with government and Company requirements in conjunction with Raytheon and Raytheon Technology standards.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports detailing procedures to preclude future occurrences.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain authorizations and acceptable deviations with regulations.
• Closely work with other security cores. Including Physical, Cyber, Security Business Partners and Special Programs where needed.
• Provide guidance, subject matter expertise and mentorship to security personnel

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, STEM, or Business. Other degrees may be considered.
• An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 additional years of experience.
• Ten years of related experience with Four (4) years’ of Facility Security Officer(FSO) or Assistant FSO experience managing a complex facility
• Past work experience in a leadership role
• National Industrial Security Program experience
• Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence, Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel as well as varying levels of senior and executive leadership
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
