Schwab is seeking a senior leader to shape the Securities Lending Product Development program. You will translate business needs into technical projects, coordinate across back-office teams, and drive modernization initiatives to support strategic objectives.

A strong background in securities finance, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will partner with Strategy and IT to evolve infrastructure, governance, and analytics capabilities, while aligning with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills with cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple, changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the Securities Finance industry and broker/dealer securities lending systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into technical projects.
• Keep business apprised of technology and infrastructure changes affecting the business.
• Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile issues and elicit requirements.
• Coordinate technical activities between multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• Assist creating and maintaining change management processes and activities.
• Survey existing technology infrastructure to identify improvements.
• Vision technical growth areas including Fully Paid Lending and Short Sales.
• Manage relationships with external Securities Lending technology vendors.
