Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years designing and optimizing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Minimum 7 years in business development with $2M+ in annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in the SOC or Security Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years' experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• 1 year in at least one Secure AI, AI governance, or related framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models and playbook frameworks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms.
• Define and refine delivery standards for high-quality outcomes across engagements.
• Mentor senior consultants, managers and architects on the team.
