Location: Fully remote, but need to be on EST or CST (Company is based in Boston, MA)

The position involves working with the Worldwide Controllership function to prepare and present the Company’s external filings with the SEC, including quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q and 10-K, with XBRL tagging, and our Proxy Statement.

The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will participate in the monthly and quarterly close processes, review financial results, and be responsible for the worldwide statement of cash flows and financial reporting packages from various business units.

This role requires interaction with management, investor relations, FP&A, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of public filings, and coordination with external auditors to meet SEC deadlines.

You will support the treasury department in capital needs, including potential debt and equity offerings, and contribute to quarterly reports for the audit committee.

The role involves researching technical accounting issues, and managing filings with the Bureau of Economic Analysis.

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years of experience
• CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements
• Knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, team orientation
• Experience with Workiva, Oracle, and OneStream preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google platforms
