Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing to lead complex project scheduling for mission-critical initiatives. You will drive schedule integrity and execution discipline across active workstreams in a fast-paced, highly coordinated environment.

Remote work is supported; you will partner with project teams to establish standards, measure performance, and deliver accurate reporting while mitigating schedule risk and strengthening project controls.

Competenze

• 8+ years of project scheduling and construction project management experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and best practices.
• PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will oversee complex scheduling and sequencing for mission-critical projects, with a strong focus on construction planning, schedule integrity, and execution discipline. The Senior Manager will partner closely with project teams and stakeholders to establish standards, improve performance measurement, and support accurate reporting across active workstreams. The position is ideal for a professional who can translate technical construction sequencing into clear plans, mitigate schedule risk, and strengthen project controls in a fast-paced, highly coordinated environment.
Location: Remote
Compensation: 120,000 - 145,000 annually
