Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager for SAP GMX Data & Analytics Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled SAP data solutions supporting global finance, operations, and compliance reporting.

You will oversee SAP BW, BPC, S/4HANA integrations, analytics enablement, and stakeholder engagement, while shaping modernization and roadmap with cross-functional governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, finance, engineering, or related.
• 10+ years SAP BW, BPC, finance data solutions, and enterprise reporting experience with strong leadership.
• Expertise in SAP data ingestion and modelling, BW query, ABAP, and analytics.
• Experience with GMX, EarnIn, financial close, and certifications.
• Familiarity with SAP SD, CO-PC, FI-GL, and S/4HANA finance modules.

Role

Senior Manager for SAP GMX Data & Analytics Solutions leading end-to-end delivery, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled SAP data solutions supporting global finance, operations, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

oversee SAP BW, BPC, S/4HANA integrations, analytics enablement, and stakeholder engagement; manage vendor performance; shape solution strategy, modernization, and roadmap; lead cross-functional governance, demand prioritization, and delivery management; ensure solutions are accurate, compliant, and scalable; lead technical teams across SAP BW, BPC, ABAP, S/4HANA finance modules; maintain governance, audit readiness, and compliance standards; communicate with senior leadership and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, finance, engineering, or related; 10+ years SAP BW, BPC, finance data solutions, and enterprise reporting experience with strong leadership skills; expertise in SAP data ingestion, modeling, BW query, ABAP, and analysis for office; experience with GMX, EarnIn, financial close, and certifications; knowledge of SAP SD, CO-PC, FI-GL, and S/4HANA finance; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with SOX, GMP, and audit standards.

Preferred

master’s degree, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, pharma or life sciences experience, SAP certifications, PMP, Agile.

Work setup

hybrid/remote with some travel; includes occasional after-hours support during critical periods.
