Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager, SAP GMX Data & Analytics Solutions to lead the development, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled data and analytics supporting global financial, operational, and compliance reporting. You will manage end-to-end SAP analytics solutions and drive modernization while ensuring audit readiness.

Engage stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Digital teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable technology outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP BW, BPC, or enterprise data solutions with deep technical knowledge in data ingestion, modeling, query development, and ABAP.
• Experience supporting GMX, EarnIn, and financial reporting processes.
• Preferred: advanced degrees, SAP certifications, and familiarity with regulated industries like pharma or life sciences.

Role: Senior Manager, SAP GMX Data & Analytics Solutions, responsible for leading the development, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled data and analytics capabilities supporting global financial, operational, and compliance reporting at Pfizer.

Core responsibilities include managing end-to-end SAP-based analytics solutions (SAP BW, BPC, S/4HANA integrations), overseeing solution delivery, driving modernization efforts, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness. The position involves stakeholder engagement across Finance, Supply Chain, Digital teams, and external vendors, with a focus on translating business needs into scalable technology outcomes.

Requirements: 10+ years in SAP BW, BPC, or enterprise data solutions, with deep technical knowledge in data ingestion, modeling, query development, and ABAP, coupled with experience supporting GMX, EarnIn, and financial reporting processes. Strong leadership skills, stakeholder influence, and experience managing matrix teams are essential. Preferred: advanced degrees, SAP certifications, experience in regulated industries like pharma or life sciences, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and SAP cloud platforms.

The role supports hybrid work (US) with some travel, requires occasional after-hours support during critical periods, and reports to senior Digital leadership.
