Senior Manager, Sales Operations, Servier Pharmaceuticals LLC, Boston, Massachusetts (remote): Provide operational and analytical support for the oncology business. Work cross-functionally within the commercial organization to support the analytical evaluation of key priorities such as Oncology market-specific trends and risks. Synthesize multiple pharmaceutical datasets to meet national and sub-national level analytical requirements while providing data-driven insights and forecasting support. Play a key role in supporting commercial operations and sales leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic pharmaceutical field insights and targeting. Must have a Bachelor's in Analytics, Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Science, or related field and Seven years of experience in analytics datamining and interpreting complex and sometimes ambiguous datasets. Of experience required, must have: (i) Five years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI, Veeva CRM, direct sales distribution, and customer third-party data (claims, prescription, patient data); (ii) Three years of experience working directly with field teams, such as Field Sales or Patient Services; (iii) Two years of experience working in the pharmaceutical oncology or similar healthcare-related industry; (iv) Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and providing reporting, analysis, and support for the pharmaceutical commercial business; and (v) Experience performing complex healthcare data analysis to derive meaningful, actionable business insights. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position eligible for telecommuting from any location in the United States. Domestic or international travel required 10% of the time. Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $112,757 to $176,092.28 . An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
