• Strong governance, prioritization, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Understanding of sales execution, field adoption, and performance measurement.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and influence across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Translate banking priorities into coordinated sales and business development programs.
• Advise leaders on execution priorities and align stakeholders across functions.
• Define portfolio measures, adoption indicators, and reporting standards.
• Monitor performance and guide corrective actions when needed.
