Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville seeks a Manager III, Risk to lead the Risk Intelligence & Investigations team within the NAST Safety and Compliance organization. You will manage investigators, set priorities, and present findings to senior leadership and Legal partners.

You will build detection mechanisms with data science and product partners, monitor emerging freight risk typologies, and craft leadership-ready narratives and roadmap asks for ongoing risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations experience.
• Experience in conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or intelligence roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of risk investigators and analysts.
• Set goals, calibrate, and coach against role guidelines.
• Build and scale detection mechanisms with data science and product partners.
• Define quality and speed metrics and own regular reporting on them.
• Monitor emerging risk typologies in freight and synthesize them into leadership-ready narratives and roadmap asks.
• Present findings to senior leadership and to Legal partners.
