  • Oversee compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations across multiple operating locations.
  • Provide leadership and expertise related to OSHA, DOT, fleet, contractor, and other operational compliance requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical policies, procedures, and corrective action plans.

  • Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that reduce exposure and improve outcomes.
Build Policies, Training & Governance
  • Develop enterprise-wide policies, programs, and training related to risk management, compliance, and safety.
  • Build scalable and repeatable processes that can support continued organizational growth.
  • Establish clear expectations, controls, and accountability across departments.
  • Promote a culture of ethical conduct, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Influence & Partner Across the Business
  • Serve as a trusted risk and compliance advisor to executive and senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leadership.
  • Help leaders understand risk and make informed business decisions.
  • Model and champion our Who We Are Values, creating a people-first culture built on trust, respect, accountability, and positive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
  • Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.
