Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking a senior Risk Appetite program lead to drive governance across business units. You will lead specific workstreams, document policies, standards and procedures, and create tools to support execution.

The role requires 7+ years in risk management, compliance and governance, with knowledge of banking products and regulatory trends. You will report quarterly to senior management and boards, and communicate risk appetite to CROs.
