• Experience supervising a union-represented team and driving process improvements with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of billing, collections, payment channels, accounts receivable, and revenue reporting.
• Coach and develop a union-represented team, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Own Revenue Assurance Committee processes for credits and billing corrections with documented, financially supported decisions.
• Improve workflows, controls, and system reporting to enhance accuracy and customer experience.
