Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations, Process & Optimization to lead and manage a team that drives operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you will oversee key revenue processes, ensure cross-functional alignment, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve business performance. You will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, enhance forecasting, and support scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop the RevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  2. Oversee revenue operations processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align strategies and optimize revenue generation.
  4. Implement and refine KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics to inform decision-making.
  5. Partner with RevTech to optimize CRM and BI tools, ensuring data integrity and automation.
  6. Drive revenue growth initiatives and monitor industry trends for innovation opportunities.
  7. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights and process recommendations.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations with a focus on sales processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills, with experience in SaaS metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools like Outreach, Gong, Marketo, Gainsight.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a remote environment.
