Job summary

FIGS is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue & Margin to join the Finance team in the United States. You will partner with Planning, Merchandising, Accounting, Data and Operations, guiding Revenue and Gross Margin forecasting with a data-driven approach.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable processes, and mentor teammates as the business scales, presenting insights to senior leaders and shaping how revenue is tracked and forecasted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, strategy, investment banking, or public accounting with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
• E‑commerce, consumer products, or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Revenue & Margin forecasting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis.
• Partner with Data to roadmap real-time analytics and scalable dashboards.
• Drive process improvements with Accounting to improve tracking and forecasting of Revenue and Gross Margin.

Job description

FIGS is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin to join the Finance team. This person will report directly to the Senior Director, Revenue & Margin and will partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Accounting, Data, and Operations. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires someone who can operate as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders and hands‑on with the data. The ideal candidate has FP&A leadership experience & is energized by building scalable processes, supporting business partners, and shaping how the business thinks about Revenue and Gross Margin.

What you'll do day-to-day:

• Own and lead Revenue & Margin forecasting for FIGS, overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis for business partners and executives
• Partner with the Data team to set the roadmap for real-time, data-driven analytical reporting of Revenue and Margin KPIs, ensuring the team’s tools and dashboards scale with the business
• Drive strategic process improvements in partnership with the Accounting team, identifying and closing gaps in how Revenue and Gross Margin are tracked, reported, and forecasted
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses that evaluate new opportunities and support major business decisions across Revenue and Gross Margin, often presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership
• Build the future of the Revenue & Margin function: establish scalable processes, mentor and grow team members, and help define how the team operates as FIGS continues to grow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative or Business field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Public Accounting, including prior experience managing or mentoring team members
• Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets
• Proficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Alteryx, Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau), a plus
• E‑commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus

FIGS Compensation And Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
