What You Will Do

The Retail Media O+O Sr. Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the performance of Self-Service media activations that align with business sales plans and brand goals. This role involves hands-on management of media activation, overseeing programmatic display and search, and integrating retail media networks into a seamless omni-channel strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Create a full funnel strategy in collaboration with brand stakeholders to reach consumers throughout their shopping journey.
  2. Execute, optimize, and report on retail Search platforms such as Criteo, Roundel Media Studio, and Walmart.
  3. Manage retail media budgets, including planning and reconciliation across accounts like Walmart, Target, and others.
  4. Develop and optimize media strategies, including roadmaps, test plans, and performance reports.
  5. Develop retailer-specific media plans aligned with brand and business goals.
  6. Audit ad tech capabilities and explore new opportunities in retail media platforms.
  7. Analyze and report on ad spend and campaign performance, collaborating with data and sales teams.
  8. Maintain relationships with retail media partners and platforms.
  9. Present strategies, performance updates, and insights to stakeholders regularly.
What We Are Looking For

This role suits a technical, strategic media professional with strong collaboration skills and a passion for full-funnel marketing frameworks. Requirements include:

  • At least 6 years of experience in agency or CPG digital media planning/buying, with hands-on experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital media planning and buying, with a focus on measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of retail media platforms such as Criteo, Walmart Connect, and Roundel.
  • Expertise in campaign development, execution, and measurement, with a solid understanding of funnel metrics and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
