As Senior Manager, Relationship Marketing Strategy, you will join a team of talented marketers focusing on helping clients achieve their business goals. Reporting to the Director of Customer Strategy, you will develop a deep understanding of client objectives, build trusted relationships, and serve as a strategic advisor. You should excel in both analytic and creative thinking, and be adept at communicating strategies and leading execution. Key Responsibilities : Lead development of omni-channel marketing plans. Be a subject matter expert in digital marketing and CRM. Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and strategies, translating them into client solutions. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Deliver value through best-practice solutions and innovative ideas. Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to execute plans. Identify data points to measure strategy impact. Oversee CRM learning agendas, test plans, and reporting frameworks. Build segmentation strategies for personalization and performance. Contribute to reports and strategic presentations on CRM performance and insights. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree required. 7+ years in data-driven marketing, especially CRM, email, and media; experience in QSR, Retail, CPG preferred. 3+ years in an agency or consulting environment. Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns. Skills in data analysis, research, and translating insights into recommendations. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Comfort working within a matrixed organization. Willing to travel approximately 20%. Additional Information :
Remote work from anywhere in the continental US is supported. The position pays $61.01 - $98.90 hourly, based on experience. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays, safe, and sick time.
