Job DescriptionBAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Reimbursement Services (Operation) Senior Manager! This is a REMOTE opportunity!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides management and support to personnel in Reimbursement Services by overseeing the accounts receivable process, including timely and accurate billing, collection of invoices, and claims. Responsible for supervising staff within the unit, maintaining accounts receivable accuracy, managing internal and external teams, and process improvement of the Reimbursement Services team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, preferably in home health.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
