Job summary

IntePros is seeking an SAP Finance Product Director in the Greater Philadelphia Area to own the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of digital products for the Finance org, with a strong focus on Record-to-Report (RTR) and related SAP modules in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead a team of functional/technical professionals, bridging Finance stakeholders with delivery teams, and shaping the product roadmap across SAP S/4HANA, FP&A, tax, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or IT leadership.
• Experience with SAP RTR (financial accounting) and/or product costing, tax, FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology portfolio for core Finance systems, with RTR as a primary focus.
• Lead and develop a team of System Analysts, Solution Engineers, and Delivery Leads.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and backlog in partnership with PMO.
• Own controls, audit readiness, and release governance across ERP ecosystem.

Our client in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an SAP Finance Product Director to own the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of digital products supporting their global Finance organization with a strong focus on Record-to-Report (RTR), along with product costing, tax & transfer pricing, statutory reporting, financial consolidations, fixed assets, and FP&A. This is a hands‑on leadership role managing a team of functional technical and serving as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical delivery teams, on a contractional to hire basis.

• Own the end-to-end technology portfolio for core Finance systems, with RTR as a primary focus area
• Lead and develop a team of System Analysts, Solution Engineers, and Delivery Leads
• Partner with Finance stakeholders (process owners, business sponsors, regional teams) to define product strategy and roadmap
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and backlog in partnership with the PMO
• Own controls, audit readiness, and release/change governance across the ERP ecosystem
• Track product performance via KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Represent the voice of the business throughout the product lifecycle - from ideation to retirement
• 7+ years in product management, ERP ecosystem ownership, or IT project/program leadership, with proven team leadership experience
• SAP experience in RTR (financial accounting) and/or product costing, tax, fixed assets, consolidations, or FP&A
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and connected systems (e.g., Concur, Ariba, MDG, SAC)
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Aha!)
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
