Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (RWDnA) to drive RWE in oncology. You will develop RWE queries, SAPs, and perform hands-on programming using SAS and R on large real-world datasets to address key research questions.

You will translate analytic findings into clear insights for project teams, publish results, and collaborate with vendors and partners. This role is on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY with opportunities to impact patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or Master’s with hands-on programming experience in healthcare data (2+ years for PhD, 4+ years for Master’s).
• Hands-on programming experience with real-world data sources (claims data, EHRs).
• Experience in oncology research and oncology-specific real-world data (e.g., Flatiron, ConcertAI).
• Advanced programming capabilities using SAS and R.
• Proficiency in survival analysis, propensity score methods, and GLMs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of RWE queries, SAPs, and study delivery in oncology.
• Translate analytic findings into actionable insights for project teams.
• Support end-to-end RWE query delivery, including programming and QC of analytic code.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate real-world data sources for research questions.
• Contribute to scientific communications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, internal presentations).
• Coordinate activities with external analytics vendors and research partners.
