Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Real-World Data Strategy to lead end‑to‑end RWD initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional milestones, and embed AI/ML into data pipelines. You will govern external data sources, design scalable data products, and track impact through defined KPIs.

The role requires a life sciences or data analytics background, 4–5 years of relevant experience, and hands‑on proficiency with Claude Code, SQL, Python, and cloud data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Data/Analytics, Epidemiology, Public Health or related field.
• Hands‑on RWD source experience and data product delivery track record.
• Demonstrated AI/NLP coding capabilities with Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RWD initiatives from scoping to sign‑off with milestones and owners.
• Identify, pilot, and embed AI/ML tools in RWD workflows and data pipelines.
• Evaluate external RWD sources and manage vendor assessments and data access governance.
• Define scalable data products and track KPIs for RWD investments.
