Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Customer Data Product team. You will mentor product managers, shape multi-year roadmaps, and drive data-driven experiences across customer personas in Small Business Bank.

You will oversee data platforms, governance, and real-time updates to enhance customer experiences while collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to scale shared capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
• Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
• Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers developing our universe of data products, including helping customers in moments that matter
• Shape local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise
