We're seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate & Workplace located in the New York City Metro Area to lead our global real estate portfolio and workplace operations function. You'll oversee our expanding office footprint (currently San Francisco, Chicago, and Amsterdam; opening Washington D.C., New York, London), manage 3 members of the team, and own strategic real estate decisions alongside day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role that spans execution and strategy. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, lease negotiations, vendor management, and workplace standards while building systems that scale across geographies and cultures. You'll work closely with Finance, People Operations, IT, Security, and Executive Leadership to ensure our real estate portfolio aligns with our business strategy and supports a thriving hybrid workforce.
Portfolio & Strategic Planning
This role requires approximately 15-20% travel for office launches, site visits, and management meetings across Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, London, and future offices. Travel is primarily project-driven and planned in advance.
