Job summary

Xenon Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Quality & Supply Chain Systems to lead IT systems for Quality and Supply Chain. You will partner with stakeholders to implement, operate, and enhance IT solutions across SAP-like ERP and Veeva platforms, ensuring strong governance and security.

Based in Boston, MA, the role offers hybrid work with two onsite days weekly, reporting to the Development Information Systems Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences or biotech IT environments.
Experience with Veeva products, ERP systems, and other Development IT platforms.
Strong understanding of Quality and Supply Chain processes.
Experience managing vendors/MSPs and prioritizing requests.
Knowledge of APIs, data flows and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders and vendors to build solutions for Quality and Supply Chain.
Author and review SDLC deliverables; coordinate testing activities.
Define procedures for System Administration activities.
Ensure system designs align with security, infrastructure, and data standards.
Own day-to-day operations and configurations of Supply Chain Systems (e.g., iStability, Oracle Fusion ERP).
Support Veeva Development suite and other IT systems (SAS, Egnyte).
Manage user access, licensing, and security across systems.
Design data flows and integrations to enable reporting and automation.
Onboard users and train teams; drive adoption and process improvements.
Maintain roadmaps and pursue standardization across systems.
