Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading or building/implementing software, information technology projects and/or programs.
• Experience with web/public websites and digital platforms.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management and balance internal/external technology talent within budget.
• Foster partnerships with business customers to align roadmaps with technology products.
• Oversee SDLC for in-house and vendor software assets; ensure quality and reliability.
