A virtual healthcare provider is seeking an experienced training designer/administrator to enhance their provider onboarding and training program. This role involves developing innovative training content and ensuring compliance across the provider network. The Role
In this role, you will train under the VP of Operations and ultimately report into the Chief Medical Officer. As Hone has grown, our provider network has expanded beyond 150 providers and is anticipated to double in the next year. Our vision is to be the leading provider of longevity care in America by 2027, and we believe a key to that success will be the ongoing development of the providers in our network. We are looking for a top notch training designer/administrator to join our team and take our provider onboarding and training program to the next level. You must be familiar with adult education, tech-savvy, highly organized, familiar with modern longevity care, and willing to roll up your sleeves and help build a training program that is best in class in our industry. It is not required, but having a clinical background (MD, DO, PA, or NP) is a major plus.
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
$115,000+ (depending on experience and degree)
