Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in India seeks a Senior Technology Project Manager to provide technology leadership within the squad-based structure of the technology enterprise department. You will lead a squad, manage the customer portfolio, and assure technology workstreams for projects.

You will mentor colleagues, design business processes, and drive improved working practices. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery with global teams.

Qualifications

• University/postgraduate or equivalent
• 5 years experience in an MSP or RPO business
• 3 years experience with key technology providers
• Experience leading and supporting client meetings
• Experience running end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders and c-suite level
