Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager in an onsite Cedar Rapids role to lead key development and production programs. You will guide programs through full lifecycle, aligning cost, schedule, and performance with cross-functional teams and leadership.

The position emphasizes strategic value streams and customer-facing visibility. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience, and an active Secret clearance.

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

The COSMC portfolio is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead key development and production programs focused on maturing open systems products. This role serves as a central point of alignment to guide programs through the full lifecycle while ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, performance, and delivery expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and site leadership to drive program success and business growth.

This is an Onsite role located at our Cedar Rapids location. Additional locations for this opportunity include our McKinney, TX or Fort Wayne, IN sites.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
