Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Launch Manager to drive flawless execution of automotive program launches within the ISG portfolio and to ensure CLauS adherence across facilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop launch dashboards, and oversee plant-level runs from equipment purchasing to production release, guaranteeing on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing with increasing responsibility in program management, launch management, manufacturing operations, or a combination of these areas.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, APQP, PPAP, customer launch requirements, and cross-functional program execution.
• Experience in automotive companies, preferably with launch experience.
• Knowledge in IATF Quality System.
