You will recruit faculty, oversee program operations and budgets, and ensure initiatives meet industry standards and organizational priorities while reinforcing field engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in the medical device industry with a focus on education and healthcare professional initiatives.
• Proven track record in developing education programs.
• Experience collaborating across Medical Affairs and Compliance.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and educational effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HCP speaker programs and faculty engagement.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Education to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and execute a strategic professional education agenda that supports healthcare professionals and strengthens field engagement. You will lead the planning of live, virtual, and hybrid programs while building effective partnerships across internal functions and external stakeholders. The position also carries responsibility for faculty engagement, program operations, and ensuring educational initiatives align with organizational priorities and industry standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,300 – $226,700 annually

Responsibilities
