J.Crew Factory, headquartered in New York, seeks a Senior Manager of Production to lead footwear and accessories development from concept to delivery. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, manage vendor relationships, and mentor a small production team to ensure on-time execution and quality.

Responsibilities include leading 3–4 associates, coordinating fit sessions, overseeing PLM cost sheets, and communicating construction details with global partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of production experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, RTW or related manufacturing field.
• Expertise in footwear and accessories development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in garment costing, manufacturing processes, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PLM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and action calendars and meet tight deadlines.
