The role requires strategic thinking, strong ownership, and ability to influence executives while coordinating across teams. Bachelor's degree required; MBA/ MPH preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years relevant work experience with strategic ownership
• Experience influencing executives and presenting to large audiences
• Experience in product management or strategy roles
• Knowledge of drug-cost management or PBM is a plus
