We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead digital product initiatives across the organization. This role involves defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle. Accountabilities
  • Define and communicate the digital product vision and strategy, partnering with business and technical teams.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into executable tasks for engineering and analytics teams.
  • Develop prototypes, release plans, and resource allocations to deliver high-value features efficiently.
  • Conduct build versus buy analyses and assess changes in business needs to adapt product direction.
  • Lead change management efforts and drive adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
  • Design and implement intuitive dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and user interfaces to improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with communication and development teams on product launches, branding, education, and demonstrations.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data, ensuring robust extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple data sources using SQL and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).

Requirements
