Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 9+ years in Product Creation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Integrity, Quality, or related field.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching high-performing teams; cross-geography collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Issue Management team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end Issue Management operating model from intake to closure.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on root cause, actions, and timelines.
