This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Integrity and leads a team driving resolution across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories, partnering with Product Creation, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, GEO teams, and external manufacturing partners.

You will lead how Nike identifies, manages, and resolves its most complex product issues. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, align teams to act, and turn critical moments into long-term improvements that strengthen products and protect consumer trust. In this role, you will: Lead and develop the Issue Management team, building capability and a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Own the end-to-end Issue Management operating model, from intake and prioritization through resolution and closure. Drive cross-functional alignment on root cause, corrective actions, ownership, and timelines to resolve complex product issues. Navigate high-stakes investigations with incomplete information, balancing urgency with sound decision-making. Establish governance, workflows, and decision frameworks that increase speed, consistency, and effectiveness. Translate issue data and trends into insights that inform business decisions and prevent repeat failures. Provide visibility to senior leadership on risk, issue patterns, and resolution progress to enable informed decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
