Walmart Bentonville, AR seeks a Senior Manager, Product Development - Home to lead cross-functional teams in creating trend-right home categories such as textiles, tabletop, furniture, décor, storage, and related furnishings for millions of customers.

The role requires establishing product roadmaps, partnering with Design to elevate aesthetics and construction, and balancing quality, speed to market, and customer value while driving innovation across home products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development across one or more key Home categories, including textiles, tabletop, furniture, décor, storage, organization, appliances, and related home furnishings.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and brand positioning.
• Partner with Design to elevate product aesthetics, materials, finishes, construction, functionality, and overall customer appeal.
• Champion product innovation to improve quality, craftsmanship, performance and value.
• Apply technical expertise to develop robust product specifications, reduce development iterations and accelerate speed to market.
• Drive continuous improvement across product development processes, tools and technical capabilities.
• Influence cross-functional partners through compelling product presentations and data-driven recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• 4–6+yearsofproductdevelopmentexperiencewithinHome,withdeepexpertiseinoneormorecategoriessuchassofthometextiles,tabletop,furniture,décor,appliances,storage,orhomeorganization.
• Demonstratedabilitytotranslateconsumeranddesigntrendsintocommerciallysuccessfulproductsthatdeliverstyle,quality,functionality,andvalue.
• Strongtechnicalunderstandingofmaterials,constructionmethods,manufacturingprocesses,andcommercialization.
• Experiencedevelopingprivatebrandand/ornationalbrandconsumerproducts,ideallyacrossmultipleHomecategories.
• Strongabilitytoanalyzecustomerinsights,markettrends,andcompetitiveproductstoidentifyopportunitiesanddevelopdifferentiatedassortments.
• Excellentleadership,communication,influencing,presentation,andprojectmanagementskills.
