Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years in a large matrix organization with pharma/device compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Understanding of global regulatory guidelines for life sciences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Leadership and networking across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and training projects, including development, mapping, and qualification delivery.
• Partner with Global Development to ensure quality aligns with regulatory changes.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables; report progress to stakeholders.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward data-centric content and qualification systems.
• Lead or support audits, inspections, and related projects as directed.
