Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Process & Personnel Qualification Management Expert to drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. You will lead process improvement projects and use digital tools to transform training and qualification management into a data-centric system.

The role acts as a quality partner for Global Development, coordinating with business partners, quality groups, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with at least 5 years focused on pharmaceutical/device compliance.
• Exceptional English communication, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements for life sciences and pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Proven project management across diverse teams and departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Leadership and networking with ability to work autonomously and foster inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, mapping, and training design/delivery.
• Act as quality partner for Global Development and governance across functions.
• Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation toward data-centric content and qualification systems.
• Lead or support audits, inspections, and other projects as directed.
