Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Legal Data Privacy Operations to lead privacy program operations within the Law Department / Privacy Office. This role focuses on managing privacy projects, delivering tactical operational support, and supporting governance initiatives to build a strong privacy foundation for the company.

The role reports to the Privacy Office in the Law Department and works onsite across Sleepy Hollow, Warren, and Cambridge locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in privacy, with a preference for 3+ years managing privacy operations within a legal or compliance privacy function.
• CIPM or CIPT certification or PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy operations, including Privacy Impact Assessment and Data Subject Access Request processes.
• Lead privacy program initiatives coordinating with other functions and leveraging technology to automate privacy operations.
• Document advice and implementation of online privacy notices and controls.
