This role will lead the development of financial models that evaluate growth opportunities, support contract negotiations, and forecast performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. The position requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. **Required Qualifications*** 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field.* Strong experience building and maintaining financial, forecasting, or pricing models.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.* Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and strategic recommendations.* Proficiency querying, joining, and analyzing large datasets.* Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.* Strong communication and presentation skills with experience supporting senior leadership audiences.* Excellent project management and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications*** Proficiency in SQL and/or Python strongly preferred.* Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, or pharmaceutical industries.* Experience with pricing strategy, contract analytics, reimbursement analytics, or deal modeling.* Knowledge of revenue forecasting and financial planning processes.* Experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, Foundry, or similar analytical tools.* Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial finance.* MBA or other advanced degree preferred. **Education** Bachelor's degree required.**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
