Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, ISRM Acquisitions & Divestitures Cybersecurity, Pre-Close, to lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. You will translate technical findings into risk insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define Day 1 security priorities, TSA considerations, and post-close handoffs.

Remote work options may be considered; candidates with strong regulatory knowledge and CISSP/CISM

Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity and due diligence.
Experience leading or supporting M&A cyber risk assessments.
Strong communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence across transactions.
Evaluate target environments for security architecture, cloud, data protection, and third-party risk.
Translate findings into actionable risk conclusions and remediation needs.
Support Day 1 security priorities, TSA considerations, and post-close handoff.
Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services.
Improve diligence playbooks, templates, and reporting processes.
Provide guidance to managers, analysts, and advisors on A&D cybersecurity methods.
