Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outgoing subaward process.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, federal regulations, and evolving guidelines; liaise with PIs and external agencies.
