Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Portfolio Insights and Operations. This role will be based in NJ or PA, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

The Senior Manager will provide strategic ownership and operational delivery of insights to manage the enterprise Technology portfolio in a product model, focusing on:

• Integrated Governance, Prioritization, and Reporting
• Portfolio Optimization
• Executive Dashboarding

This role involves data analysis, analytics solutions delivery, and curating executive-level metrics and insights. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong data skills who can partner across functions and organizational levels.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver dashboards and insights on key Technology priorities and programs, including EC Scorecard, TLT reporting, and CIO reporting.
• Maintain and mature Polaris, the enterprise Executive Dashboard product, including vision, OKRs, roadmap, and backlog management.
• Shape and implement reporting governance strategies to improve efficiency, standardization, and develop a community of practice for analytics.
• Perform ad hoc data exploration, stay current with industry trends, and develop key metrics to monitor performance and drive results.
• Support leadership decision processes through governance, prioritization, and communication.

Required Experience

Minimum of 8 years in metrics and reporting, business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting, with proven ability in data storytelling and executive reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Digital product management experience, especially in building data and analytics platforms
• Customer-focused solution design
• Business operations and financial literacy
• Negotiation and influence skills
• Ability to align priorities with business strategies
• Complex matrix organization navigation
• Clear communication and storytelling skills, including with executives
• Change management experience, collaborative work style, results-oriented, analytical mindset
• Advanced skills in analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL

Preferred Skills & Education

• Management consulting, Agile/Scrum, JIRA experience

Compensation & Benefits
