The National Football League is seeking a Senior Manager, Player Engagement to lead and advance education, wellness, and development initiatives for NFL players and Head of Player Engagement teams. You will collaborate with club HPEs to deliver programs across five pillars and manage the Annual Meeting and awards programs.
Based in New York, this role drives curriculum development, webinars, and partnerships, while guiding contracts and invoicing.
The Senior Manager, Player Engagement is responsible for serving, equipping and empowering NFL players and Club Heads of Player Engagement (HPE) within the five Player Engagement pillars (continuing education, financial empowerment, personal and professional development and HPE development). The Senior Manager supports a cluster of 8 club HPEs and serves as the lead for player mandatory education per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. In addition, the role will lead/support multiple Player Engagement initiatives and programs.
