Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior product leader to own platform experiences across acquirer, merchant, dispute, and risk portals, delivering full lifecycle visibility and robust UX workflows.

You will drive SSO, role-based access, and collaboration with backend teams, enabling self-service onboarding and improving usability and adoption across multi-persona platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years with a PhD.
• 10+ years product/program experience.
