Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Collaborate with Hilton partners and vendors to define working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that plans, dependencies, issues and risks are aligned with the project strategy—advancing critical project outcomes and supporting the goals of Commercial Services.
Create and implement targeted project and implementation plans including risks, critical decisions/milestones, stakeholder management plans, business process and support documentation.
Identify functionality gaps by working with main subject matter experts.
Be a strategic advisor with business leads, product owners, leadership, deployment teams and Platform Activation.
Develop comprehensive understanding of hotel-level, owner-level, and corporate-level commercial objectives and revenue management business and product processes across brands and geographies.
