Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Plant Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for the IPS Gearing Division. You will own the site P&L, drive SQDCG results, and guide a ~160-employee facility toward operational excellence.

You will develop a high-performing leadership team, implement cost-reduction strategies, and partner with cross-functional leaders to execute site strategy and achieve growth while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
  • Advanced degree is desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience including production, quality, supply chain, safety, engineering, or materials management.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing salaried and hourly associates in manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive SQDCG improvements.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with budgets, productivity, inventory, and cost-reduction experience.
  • Working knowledge of Regal Rexnord Business System principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management).
  • Demonstrated strategic mindset with ability to develop business cases affecting product, ERP, and P&L.
  • Proven ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams with accountability and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and project management skills with data-driven problem solving.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.____________________Position Overview:The Senior Plant Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day manufacturing operations for Regal Rexnord’s Charlotte, NC facility within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Gearing Division. The facility is a ~160 employee site with an estimated annual revenue of $114M. This role drives plant performance through operational excellence, disciplined execution of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS), and development of a high-performing leadership team.This position is accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG) objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, associate engagement, accountability, and customer focus.
