Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Physical AI Solutions to shape product strategy across its AI-enabled portfolio and drive growth. The role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and a strong track record in taking tech products to market.

You will oversee AI/vision, digital twins, robotics, and sensing technologies to address infrastructure inspection and asset management challenges, collaborating with engineering, operations, and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, technology leadership, or solution development.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience taking technology products from concept to commercialization.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready solutions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership.
• Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth, adoption, and profitability.
• Establish strategic technology partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
