Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Data Science, Business, Robotics, GIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management or tech leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Proven success taking technology products from concept to commercialization.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
