Job summary
Jubilant Radiopharma seeks a Senior Manager for Pharmacy PET & SPECT in Carlsbad to lead an integrated radiopharmacy operation, overseeing production, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will shape operational strategy, manage budgets, and drive growth initiatives across PET and SPECT services.
The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with 4+ years in PET manufacturing and cyclotron operations, plus leadership experience.
Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required and active pharmacist license.
- 4+ years in PET manufacturing and cyclotron operations.
- 2+ years leadership or management experience.
- Board Certified Nuclear Pharmacist (BCNP) preferred.
- Authorized User (AU) status or eligibility preferred.
- Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation, dispensing, and QC.
- Familiar with USP, FDA cGMP, NRC regs and inspection readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead PET manufacturing, cyclotron ops, planning and distribution.
- Drive safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain regulatory readiness and lead audits and CAPA.
- Optimize schedules, inventory, facility readiness and performance.
- Partner with commercial teams for growth and launches.
- Mentor pharmacists, radiochemists, operators and support staff.
